Atlantis' stories are improving, so I'm glad that it's been picked up, but I think you're right that it has a limited life left without its lead-in. Atlantis’ stories are improving, so I’m glad that it’s been picked up, but I think you’re right that it has a limited life left without its lead-in.

Although, I knew the ratings for the show had been declining - I thought it had enough of a following to continue at least for 2 or 3 more seasons. One thing that surprises me more, is that Stargate Atlantis is supposedly doing better in ratings than SG-1. I watch and like Atlantis, but did not think it yet had the following as that of SG-1. If I had to guess - if SG-1 is actually done after this season, I predict that Atlantis only has 2 more seasons before they are cancelled. I believe that Battlestar Galactica is as strong as it is, because of the Stargate shows - due to lead ins they carried.
