Course development estimation

I just found an interesting review of estimation strategies for creating e-Learning courses.

Pete Blair has graciously posted a few free resources that could come in handy, one of which is his estimation “course” and tool (Design and Development Time Estimator). Unfortunately, the final slider in the tool doesn’t seem to effect the estimate, but it at least provides a framework for estimating for those in need.
