		<description>Glad you liked the idea. This really did work out well for us. One of our most creative instructional designers was someone who had nothing official on her resume that reflected her amazing ability to tell stories and create realistic activities in any subject area. If we were just looking for people with drama or creative writing backgrounds, she never would have been hired.

It was a fun question, and we got a lot of great answers. It really does reveal quite a bit about how people approach design problems and what kinds of solutions they are likely to create.
