The first thing that impressed me about this movie was that it was shot, in it’s entirety, in a single day. For a feature length film (I’m guessing it comes in at right about 88 minutes), that’s incredible.
The next thing that impressed me was the plot. A time traveler who can only travel in 11 minute increments bumps into a girl at a wedding reception who says “Yes” to a question he hasn’t asked her. That’s enough to keep him jumping back seven more times – to find out who she is, and what he asked her. What takes about an hour and a half of her life (and ours), however takes over two years for him, because of all the work it takes to make the jumps. It’s a non-linear love story that, according to the reviews, is also pretty intelligent about the time-traveling aspect.
