5th Blogiversary

Well, I had planned on another retrospective post to celebrate 5 years of typing random things into this blog, but the day passed a few days ago and it doesn’t look like I’ll have time to do it any time soon. Between back issues that have kept me away from anything but short bursts at the keyboard outside of work, and the pressures of trying to deal with the pre-holiday rush of work and other things, I just have to accept that it’s not gonna happen. Maybe I’ll do a 5.5 year post…

So … happy anniversary to me!

And if you want to help me pay for things without actually giving me money directly, why not buy your gifts through Amazon.com this year, and use my affiliate link to do it (conveniently always available from the sidebar) so I can afford that bottle of aspirin I’ve needed. If I keep on the current earning rate I’ve got, I might be able to afford that by this time next year… or maybe 2012.

Was that direct enough?

Blah… I was going to post a video here, but my back’s bugging me again so I can’t be bothered to find it and get the link. Off to bed.
