Review: The Dark Knight Rises (no spoilers)

I’m late for leaving on a trip, so this will be quick.

The Dark Knight Rises is a completely worthy capstone to the Nolan/Bale Batman trilogy. It turns the trilogy into a cohesive whole, and never feels awkward while doing it.

It is long, like the second entry in the series, but even though I think they could have shaved a couple minutes, I have no problem with the length. The footage never feels wasted.
