You'll certainly get no argument from me on that. If there is a show that I am intent on watching, I do insist on quiet in the room.

I'm not sure but I think it's a bit rude to talk loudly while someone's trying to watch something on the tv (non-sports).

I get a kick out of hearing men talks as though actual communication is an alien concept. "What is this thing called *talking*?!"

I admit that there is a surprising amount of violence but none of it is particularly graphic, it's more the matter-of-factness of it all which as an adult I register. Try them on the movie that came out which should be a good way to gauge them - Ahsoka is a fantastic character.

Hmmm ... well, let's see. Always delivering our kids to Sunday school after the singing has started -- do you define that as "late"?

How 'bout the time I got to the doctor's office with a kid 15 minutes early and found that when *they* had rescheduled the appointment they hadn't told me they scheduled it for the other office, 15 minutes away? You'd have missed that appointment and would have had to make another one. I had the time to make that one.

Did you *see* my recent post about how different we are, you and I? Enough said.

Yeah, that's a possibility. Clone Wars does have Ahsoka, so there's a female character for them to latch onto. Might have to be a bit careful with the constant dismemberment and death, but then again the wounds are usually cauterized so it's probably not psychologically scarring. :)

I figure if you show them The Phantom Menace you can probably move on to The Clone Wars animated series which should provide hours of Star Wars entertainment that may even serve to ease them into the other films.

I believeth you didth the righteth thingeth! haha. loved this story. why is it that you and Pam have all of this interesting stuff happen to you guys and the rest of us have pretty dull days. well, dull days as far as stories go.
as far as my old english on pam's site, i honestly have to claim innocence. I don't know, i came back from your brother's and Karina's and decided to respond to your statement on my new ipad. except it kept jumping lines so I had to keep going back and trying to fix my spelling or the order of the words and apparently i missed some. but thank you kindly for pointing it out, you are way too kind. lol love ya
