I’m going to revisit a couple of topics discussed here recently and then we’ll hit some new topics.

Lots of series finales showed up this year. Some of them were only supposed to be season finales, but the shows were cancelled. Most of the time, they didn’t know they were being cancelled when the finale was filmed, which leaves us fans in a bit of a pickle, dealing with completely open-ended stories – and even full-on cliffhangers. … and then nothing but disappointment. That pretty much describes this podcast. Really there is some interesting stuff discussed somewhere in there, but to get to it, you have to listen to me talking. Sorry about that, but it is the way of things.

Last week I made a couple of observations about the premiere of The Event. I made two “predictions/requests” of the show:
Cut back on the jumping around the timeline. Have the prisoners be time travelers as opposed to aliens.
