I’m a mom. That’s my favorite descriptor, my favorite job. Ever. I love to record things my girls say and I love to talk about them. I just love to talk. And so … I began a blog. I talk about whatever’s on my mind. It may be about my girls one day, frustrations of being a type 1 diabetic the next, and talking about my favorite poetry the next; school woes or running; organizing my house or marriage. It’s really so hard to predict.
That said, I don’t know whether I’ll post daily. I will, however, post when I feel I have something worthwhile to say. (Whether you agree or not is another matter!) This blog is really a way for me to communicate what I’m thinking about.
I have two girls who are 8 and 9. They keep me smiling (much of the time) and ever grateful to my Lord Jesus for the gift of them in my life.
Likewise, I have a husband. And for him, I’m also grateful. We’ve been married almost 10 years. We have him to thank for encouraging me to blog — any complaints may be sent to his blog! — and for helping me set it all up.
And last, but in no way least, I am a believer in Christ, who has saved me and given me a reason to wake up every day.
I hope you enjoy what goes up here! And thanks for taking the time to visit.
If you’re wondering why I’m using such a title for my blog (“Clanging …”) you’ll have to come back one day next week and read my next post.
